How do I get connected to dial-up?
You must have either an internal or external dial up modem to connect. Most computers come with them build in.
What are the speeds for dial-up service?
Most modern dial up modems have a maximum speed of 56 kbit/s, although in most cases transfer speeds will be lower, averaging anywhere between 33-43 kbit/s. Factors such as phone line noise, conditions, and quality of the modem itself, play a large part in determining connection speeds.

We provide Internet dial-up accounts for users across Canada Continental US and Hawaii. If you are travelling, you can connect with your dial-up connection by using one of our roaming numbers. Contact us for available roaming dial-up numbers.

We do offer unlimited hours or 24/7 connections for our dial-up service.
Do I need a phone line for dial-up internet?
Yes, you would need dial tone on your phone line in order to connect to the dial up service.
