I have been running around these last few days,
school and work and picking up stuff. Well today I only had an hour of
school and no work so I decided to reward myself with a non school book,
which turned into two :S I'm on schedule with my readings so it's fine.
Well I'm off to go do some muscle training in the form of crunches and
start an outline for a paper.

So I spent two days researching and making up a kick ass workout
play list for both when I am doing Cardio and toning. Problem is my MP3
won't let me put the songs into the rising and falling order that I want
them to go in to. No it would much rather go alpha style. I tried
changing the artists names to a number system but it won't recognize it
when I change it. Oh well, c'est la vie. Here is what the play list
should be:
Warm up
1 Chicago - Cell Block Tango (good builder)
2 Dirtie Blonde -Walk Over Me
During
3 Bette Midler - You don't Own me (slow start to mid)
4 Basement Jaxx - Oh my Gosh (mid)
5 Beyonce & Shakira - Beautiful Liar (mid)
6 Beyonce- Naughty Girl Remix (mid - high)
7 Britney Spears - Slave for you (mid-high)
8 Kylie Minogue - Can't get you out of my head (mid-high)
9 Groove Coverage - God is a Girl remix (mid - high)
10 Basement Jaxx - Make Me Sweat (mid - high)
11 Basement Jaxx _ Do Your Thing (mid - high)
12 Ok Go - Here it goes again (mid - high)
13 Gia Farrell - Hit Me Up (high)
14 Bif Naked - I Love Myself Today (high)
15 Alien Ant Farm - Smooth Criminal (high)
16 Monster Booty - I like to move it (high)
17 Drowning Pool- Let the bodies hit the Floor (high)
18 Rob Zombie - Dragula (high)
19 Jennifer Lopez - Lets Get Loud (high)
20 Groove Coverage - Hit me (high)
21 Basement Jaxx - Red Alert (high)
22 Kelly Clarson - Never Again (high)
22 Nelly Furtado - ManEater (high)
23 Shakira - La Tortura (high)
24 Shakira - Hips don't Lie (high)
25 Eiffel 65 - I'm Blue (mid -high)
26 Kylie Minogue- Come into my World (mid-high)
27 Buckcherry- Crazy Bitch (mid- high)
28 Basement Jaxx - Where's your head at (mid-high)
29 Groove Coverage - Poison - (mid- high)
30 Devo - Whit it (mid- high)
31 Garbage - Cherry Lips (mid-high)
32 EMF - Unbelievable (mid)
33 Raconteurs - Steady as She goes (mid)
34 Basement Jaxx - Get Me Off (mid - slow)
Cool Down
35 Katherine McPhee - Over It
36 Stefy - Back Tonight
Instead of this beautiful sequence, it's over the place. Of course that
is much too many songs, but it allows me to switch it up without having
to reload on the computer. Though I have to say if I had to pick just
one song to play over and over again when I work it out, it would be
Drowning Pool " Let the bodies hit the floor". It defiantly
got me through my 55 minutes of cardio yesterday, pumping me up when my
gimp left leg was ready to give out due to muscles I strained when I squatted
and attempted to paint sand at work. The other play list is just filled
with Enya, Enigma, Lorena McKennith and Michael Buble. No particular
order, as I just need something to hear in the background while I
concentrate on contracting and stretching.
Well I'm off to treadmill it for 20 and then do selected toning
exercises (gawd that sounds so repetitive). Hope everyone is well.

So I've finally gotten around to launching this new blog with a new
entry. I'm quite proud of the layout, as it was my first attempt at
vector images. The point of this blog seems pretty obvious. I'm
attempting (and will succeed!) at loosing some much needed weight.
I'm not falling into the "stick thin' mentality but it would be
nice to fit into some normal clothes for once. Hopefully, the chest area
looses some inches. As awesome as it would be to have a natural porn
star body (minus the back problems), it tends to limit the odds of
finding store clothing that do not need altering. Now, I had started the
diet and exercising in June however the weight I lost, I gained back.
So, I am just going to count today as the official fresh start.
The Plan:
Healthy eating (no more Arby's)
Exercising (cardio with the bike and walking and muscle training)
Optimist attitude
That's pretty much it. I have a calendar with the exercises each day and
a checklist. I'll weigh in and check measurements every Sunday night.
I'm also going to be brutally honest
with my online reporting so that while it will be embarrassing at first,
I can eventually enjoy the numbers going down. :S
Now I'm off to update my workout play list. Wish me luck.
