Purchased Equipment – Purchasing equipment comes with a 1 year return to depot manufacturer defect warranty. Upkeep and proper use and maintenance is the responsibility of the customer to ensure this warranty.  Purchasing equipment comes with 2 hour installation and 50 feet of cable included.  Additional fees may be required upon site visit.

Leased Equipment – Leased equipment has to be maintained properly by customer.  This may include hardware outside and inside the home that is leased by ISP to the customer.  ISP will repair any hardware that is leased if it has been deemed failed by defect. Leased equipment installation comes with 2 hours installation and 50 feet of cable. Additional fees may be required upon site visit.

* Data rates are burstable up to rates.

** Valid credit card is used to secure agreements. Early termination fees may apply for accounts cancelled before agreement period reached.  Fee is based on half the monthly service for the remainder of the agreement months.

*** Based on a 2 year agreement, credit card required for securing agreement. Receive $50 off per year for additional agreement years up to 4 years.
